Titanium City Center, Radio Mirchi Road, Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad - 380015.

By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Descriptive notes

The User(s): For the purposes of this Agreement, a “User” refers to any individual who accesses the Site, regardless of whether they have registered with FindMoreTrips.com as a registered User or whether they are a paying User for a specific service provided by FindMoreTrips.com. A User encompasses both the person using this Site and any legal entity represented by such person under actual or apparent authority.

Unauthorized User: An “unauthorized customer” is any person who accesses the services without a legal or contractual right to do so. Such individuals are subject to the terms and conditions, particularly with regard to respecting the intellectual property rights of the provider and adhering to licensing terms and conditions.

Free Services: Any person/agency that join the site to communicate via our messenger with other agency as well he/she can write review, report about agency and on tour packages.

Paid Services: While access to the Site and its basic features is provided free of charge to all Users, the Site retains the discretion to limit access to specific areas or features ("Paid Services") exclusively to Users who have undergone a designated registration process or have subscribed to paid plans. Where such conflict cannot be resolved, the specific terms and conditions of the Paid Service shall prevail, except where expressly provided otherwise.

FindMoreTrips.com reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended and restated Agreement on the Site. The amended and restated Agreement shall take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following such posting constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. This Agreement may only be modified in writing by an authorized officer of FindMoreTrips.com.

Activation of Agency and Tour packages occurs within 2-3 working days from receipt of activation charges and remains active for the duration corresponding to the submitted activation charges. Web pages are created based on User-provided information and approvals, which may necessitate additional time. No extensions will be granted for this period.

Users should note that server services are provided by third parties and their availability may be subject to interruptions caused by technical issues or unauthorized access (e.g., hackers). FindMoreTrips.com and its parent company disclaim responsibility for any costs, damages, or extension of activation periods arising from such interruptions under any circumstances. Users are advised to archive messages offline as a precaution against potential hacking or technical problems.

Agency & Tour package charges are subject to revision and are determined at the discretion of FindMoreTrips.com.

The Site reserves the right to block or delete webpages at any time without providing reasons, and Users shall have no claims or rights against the Site under any circumstances.

Users consent to receiving communications (via Calls/Chat/Emails/SMS/WhatsApp) on the phone numbers provided during registration or subsequently, through registration forms, posting requirements, contact forms, or any such form containing phone number fields, regardless of their enrolment status in Do Not Call Registry. These communications may originate from FindMoreTrips.com, Briny Digitalize Pvt. Ltd., or designated points of contact, relating to subscribed services.

The Site reserves the right to aggregate feedback and reviews from Travelers who have utilized your services. Agents agree to have these reviews displayed alongside their profile.

Proprietary Rights in Content on FindMoreTrips.com

FindMoreTrips.com maintains ownership and proprietary rights over the site and its services. The site includes copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information owned by FindMoreTrips.com. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, publishing, transmitting, distributing, performing, displaying, or selling any such proprietary information, except for content in the public domain or content for which you have obtained explicit permission.

User's responsibilities

The User acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Registration Data and any other information provided to the Company during the Membership application process for accessing the Service. The User warrants that the information shared with FindMoreTrips.com is free from fraudulent, false, misleading, or manipulated facts.

Furthermore, the User affirms that they possess or have obtained all necessary rights and authorizations before posting any information on the Site, including but not limited to listing details, tour descriptions, photographs, maps, layouts, and contact information.

The User is responsible for configuring all necessary equipment required to access the Service and agrees to comply with all notices or instructions provided by the Company regarding its use.

The User assumes sole responsibility for all information retrieved, stored, and transmitted through the Service using their account. They are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information, including passwords and usernames, and for all activities performed under their account on FindMoreTrips.com.

The User agrees to promptly notify the Company of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach they become aware of.

Subscription Fees required by the Company shall be paid promptly by the User as specified from time to time.

The User agrees to take necessary measures, including periodic password changes, to ensure the secrecy and security of their account information.

Should the User choose to terminate their association with us, they may unsubscribe or delete their account by following the delisting procedure outlined in their account settings.

Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, brands, trademarks, and registered marks ("Marks") displayed on FindMoreTrips.com are either owned or used under license by the Company and/or its affiliates. The Company and its affiliates retain all rights, including statutory and intellectual property rights, associated with these Marks. Any rights not expressly granted under this Agreement or by the Company and its affiliates are hereby reserved.

Accessing the Site does not grant the User any license or right to use the Marks. Therefore, any use of these Marks in any form or manner is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy constitutes an offense under the applicable laws of India.

Banned Use

The User agrees to restrict access to the Service exclusively to authorized persons named in the application form.

The User shall utilize the Service solely for the subscribed purpose and in accordance with applicable laws of India, including regulations established under those laws.

The User shall refrain from using the Service for unlawful activities, including criminal purposes.

The User shall not transmit or receive messages through FindMoreTrips.com that are morally, religiously, racially, or politically offensive, or of an offensive, vulgar, obscene, malicious, or menacing nature.

FindMoreTrips.com strictly prohibits registration or transactions by any member or user with direct or indirect ties to sanctioned countries or territories (such as Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea / Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Crimea and Sevastopol / Crimean Autonomous Republic), as per sanctions laws imposed by the UN, US, UK, EU, or other governmental or regulatory authorities.

In the event of a breach of any of the aforementioned covenants by the User, and upon such breach coming to the Company's attention, the Company reserves the right to remove any material related to the violation without prior notice to the User. The Company will issue a warning to the User to cease any activity leading to the violation. Should the User persist in such activity, the Company has the sole authority to terminate or suspend the User's membership at FindMoreTrips.com and/or any related facilities. Beyond the right to indemnity, the Company also reserves the right to seek legal remedies against the User to recover any losses incurred and to address any damage caused to the Company's goodwill as a result of the User's violation.

Copyright Policy

You may not post, distribute, or reproduce any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining prior written consent from the owner of such rights. Limitation of Liability

Consequently, FindMoreTrips.com is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or discontinuation of its services. Notwithstanding any other provision, FindMoreTrips.com's liability to you, regardless of the cause or form of action, is limited to the amount paid by you to FindMoreTrips.com for the Service during your membership term, if any.

As a public site with free access, FindMoreTrips.com assumes no responsibility for the quality or authenticity of responses. The platform cannot monitor the responses users receive to the information they post. Users are advised to conduct their own background checks on the legitimacy of all responses. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for any loss of information, regardless of the cause, whether due to interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, or for the contents, accuracy, or quality of information available, received, or transmitted through the Service.

The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in the use of the Service, systems, or equipment. The Company shall not be liable in any manner for such compliance.

The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Services or the accuracy or quality of any information transmitted or obtained through FindMoreTrips.com.

The Company's liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of fees and charges paid by the User to the Company for the period immediately preceding two (2) months prior to the incident that resulted in the relevant claim.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from the disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the User's account and particulars, nor for any error, omission, or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed.

The Company neither guarantees nor warrants the credentials, status, or authenticity of the tour travel agents or tour operators contacting the Users through the information/data posted by the Users.

The Company does not warrant that FindMoreTrips.com or any linked websites will be free of operational errors, viruses, worms, or other harmful components.

The User acknowledges that it is not the Company's policy to exercise editorial control over or amend any data, contents of emails, postings, or any information that may be inserted or made available or transmitted to a third party through FindMoreTrips.com. The Company may refuse, suspend, terminate, delete, or amend any artwork, materials, information, or content to comply with legal or moral obligations, avoid infringing a third party's rights, or adhere to any applicable rules, standards, or codes of practice.

It is the sole responsibility of the User to verify the authenticity of any response or inquiry received and the information displayed. FindMoreTrips.com is a public site with free access and assumes no liability for the quality or genuineness of responses.

FindMoreTrips.com neither guarantees nor offers any warranty regarding the credentials of contacted parties, including prospective tour travel agents, tour operators, or users. Users are responsible for testing, analyzing, and verifying the same at their own end.

The data entered by the User can only be updated by the User and is solely their responsibility. Therefore, FindMoreTrips.com is not responsible for the updated status of the information.

The User shall ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using the Service. The Company shall not be liable in any manner for any default by the User regarding the same.

The Site is controlled and operated from India and makes no representation that the materials are appropriate or available for use in other parts of the world. If you use this Site from outside India, you are entirely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws as well as international conventions and treaties.

Users are strongly advised to independently verify the authenticity of any pre-launch offers received. The Site does not endorse investment in any projects that have not received official sanction and have not been launched by the builder or promoter. Use of Data

Unless the User requests the Company to delete all such data and information following the termination or suspension of the Service, such data and information will remain the property of the Company and be retained in its records and databases.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindMoreTrips.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties as set forth above.

Variation

The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Services Guide at any time, with notice to the User in a form determined by the Company.

For clarity, the User's continued use of the Service constitutes an affirmation and acknowledgment of the amended terms and conditions.

Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for services at FindMoreTrips.com must be made to "Briny Digitalize Pvt. Ltd." exclusively. We have not authorized any individual or entity to collect payments under any other name or through personal wise.com or personal PayPal accounts for any services provided by FindMoreTrips.com. Please be aware that FindMoreTrips.com will not be responsible for any damages incurred from transactions with such fraudulent individuals or organizations.

To safeguard your interests, contact us immediately if any fraudulent individual or organization attempts to deceive you.

Payments must be made in full, in advance, to ensure uninterrupted access to our paid services. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities and transactions. Users are also solely responsible for any online or offline transactions involving credit or debit cards, or other payment instruments. FindMoreTrips.com assumes no responsibility or liability for the misuse of information related to credit or debit cards used by subscribers online or offline.

Given our commitment to high levels of client interaction and support for the services offered at FindMoreTrips.com, we do not provide any form of refund, whether full or partial. It is explicitly stated that payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed and activated immediately. Changes in personal preferences over time will not be considered valid reasons for refunds or chargebacks.

Users liable for subscription fees must pay them on demand, even if they dispute the charges. If the Company determines that a dispute is resolved in the User's favour, any excess amount paid will be refunded without interest. Late payments by the User will result in the termination of membership and services.

Suspension / Termination of Services

FindMoreTrips.com reserves the right to partially restrict a User's access to specific features, panels, and access points or to fully terminate a User's account at any time, without notice or explanation, to protect the interests of other Users and FindMoreTrips.com itself. This termination or suspension, whether partial or complete, may be enacted based on reasonable grounds, such as complaints, investigations, or notifications from legal authorities, for the following reasons:

1. Breach of any provisions of this Agreement by the User.

2. Provision of false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information by the User, or unlawful use of another person's or business entity's name or identity.

3. Actions by the User that may cause financial loss or legal liability to other Users, FindMoreTrips.com.

4. Misuse or fraudulent use of the services, or involvement in illegal, prohibited, or inappropriate communications, activities, or transactions.

5. Posting material unrelated to the services provided by the Site or using the Site for spamming.

6. Unauthorized access, use, modification, or control of the Site's database, network, or related services.

7. Accessing another User's account by obtaining their username and/or password.

8. Infringement of the intellectual property rights of any other person or business entity.

9. Engaging in activities that do not align with ethical and honest business practices.

Upon termination, the User will lose access to both free and paid services of the Site and will not be permitted to register again with new information unless explicitly allowed by FindMoreTrips.com in writing. Membership charges or subscription fees paid by the User will not be refunded in the event of termination. The User acknowledges and agrees that FindMoreTrips.com is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from such termination.

User Disputes

Users are solely responsible for their interactions on FindMoreTrips.com. While FindMoreTrips.com reserves the right to monitor disputes between members, it is not obligated to do so.

FindMoreTrips.com will not be a party to any legal proceedings between users, whether registered or not, regarding transactions conducted through the site. The platform will comply fully with orders from governing or legal authorities and cooperate fully in the process. However, any associated costs incurred by FindMoreTrips.com due to such legal involvement will be recovered from the party implicating FindMoreTrips.com.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes related to FindMoreTrips.com shall be addressed exclusively within the territory of Ahmedabad. All legal matters are subject to the relevant contemporary laws in force in Ahmedabad and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement, along with any disputes or matters arising from the use of FindMoreTrips.com, is governed by the laws of India. The User and the Company hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India. This Agreement, accepted upon the use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a User of FindMoreTrips.com, constitutes the entire agreement between you and FindMoreTrips.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
